Rotem, a senior Aquatic Bodywork practitioner and the founder of Margoa Aquatic Bodywork, was trained and qualified as an AquaStretch™ instructor by Dr. George Eversaul (creator of AquaStretch™) and is one of the only instructors around the world.

Courses:

Courses are for 3-6 participants only, and will be spread over 3 days. Each day will consist a 4 hours of hands-on work in the water.
We will learn AquaStretch™ theories and background. Trigger points and guidelines for working on feet, hips, low back, hands, shoulders, head, neck, and everything in between.

Participants who complete the course will receive a Course Completion certificate and have all the knowledge to practice and become an AquaStretch™ practitioner.

The course is for everyone who wants to expand their wellness knowledge with Aquatic Myofascial Release.
No need for previous knowledge, though encouraged.

Workshops:

Workshops are made for groups of up to 20 people. And takes about 4-6 hours.
First couple of hours we will be out of the water learning about AquaStretch™, background, benefits, when to use this tool and when not, treatment principles and approach, Myofascial theory, statistics, examples (Fibromyalgia, orthopedic issues, autoimmune illnesses, different ages, sport injuries, and more).
Rotem will answer any questions the participants may have, and anything that'll come up organically.
Then we will get in the water and Rotem will work with every participant - giving a demonstration or get into a specific issue if possible.

The participants will watch how Rotem works, so they can both see and feel how it is actually being done.
